“At 41, a doctor told me ‘welcome to being old.’ I never went back. What worked for me in my 20s and 30s stopped working, and nobody handed me the new rule book. So I built the app I wish I'd had.”

If this sounds familiar, you're not crazy.

You're doing everything right, and your body isn't responding.
You wake up every two hours, hot, then cold.
You walk into a room and can't remember why.
You're tired all the time, and nothing explains it.
Your doctor says you're fine. You don't feel fine.

None of it means you're failing. Your body is in a new season, and the old plan wasn't built for it.

You don't need more discipline. You need one plan that talks to itself.

How you feel lives in your head. Your meals are in one app, your workouts in another, your labs in a folder of PDFs. Nothing connects them, so you're left guessing what's causing what.

MyLane puts it all in one lane. How you feel, what you eat, how you move, and what your numbers show, in one place, so the patterns are there to see and to bring to your provider.

How it works

Three steps. Start right where you are.

1

Start with how you feel.

Pick what you're noticing, like hot flashes, night sweats or waking at 3am, and check in with a few taps. You don't need to be on anything to start.

MyLane's What would you like to track? screen, with hot flashes, night sweats, early waking and sleep quality, each with a plain-English note such as 'As estrogen shifts, your body's temperature control gets more sensitive'
2

Follow Heidi's plan, from where you are.

Meals built around your numbers and workouts that start where you are, then build week by week. Scaled to your family and your day.

3

See the whole story.

Over weeks, the patterns show up on their own. Before an appointment, one tap makes a clean summary for your provider.

Meet hAIdi

Just say it. hAIdi does the rest.

  • Rough night. Two hot flashes.Logged.
  • Log my lunch.Done.
  • Make Thursday's dinner vegetarian.Swapped.
  • Get me ready for my appointment.Your summary is ready.

hAIdi doesn't just answer questions. It does the thing, then shows you a card of exactly what it did. Nothing saves until you say OK. Type it, or hold to talk in the app.

The busiest part of your day still gets logged, from the car, the kitchen, or the pickup line.

hAIdi doesn't diagnose, prescribe, or replace your provider.

Inside MyLane

One app for this whole season.

Today

Your day, already organized.

Open MyLane and today is waiting: what's for each meal, your water, your workout, and a quick check-in on how you feel. If your provider has you on something, it's there too. Tap “Ate it” on a planned meal and watch the rings fill as you go.

You stop rebuilding the plan in your head every morning.

Meals

One dinner. The whole family eats it.

A meal plan built around your numbers, from Heidi's recipes your family will actually eat. Scale any recipe to your table. Save one from a photo, a link, or straight from Instagram or TikTok in the app. Your shopping list builds itself, grouped by aisle.

No more cooking two dinners.

Train

Strength training that starts where you are.

Haven't worked out in a while? Start with Heidi's 6-Minute Starter. Ready for more? Pick 30, 60, or 90 minutes a day. Follow along with Heidi's coach notes and a timer that keeps your place, and swap any move for an easier or harder one. Short on time? Take a 10-Minute Timeout, or spin the wheel.

Missed a day? Make it up without breaking the plan.

Labs + Insights

Finally, the whole story.

Told your labs are “normal”? See every number for yourself. Upload a lab report, photo or PDF, and MyLane reads it for you: each marker explained in plain English, grouped by body system, and charted over time against your ranges. Then it lines it up with how you were eating, sleeping, moving, and feeling.

MyLane shows the context. You and your provider decide what it means.

Your next appointment

Be the most prepared person in the room.

Fifteen minutes with your provider, and six months to cover. MyLane makes a clean one-page summary of your routine, how you've felt, and your recent labs. Email it, print it, or hand over your phone.

Instead of “I just don't feel like myself,” you walk in with the whole picture.

Routines

If your provider starts you on something, it fits right in.

Hormones, supplements, medication, or a peptide: whatever your provider prescribes goes on one schedule. Log a dose in a tap. Run on-and-off cycles. Shift the schedule when you take one late. Rotate injection sites on a body diagram. MyLane counts what's left and tells you when to reorder.

Running out is one less thing to hold in your head.

MyLane helps you follow the protocol your provider prescribed. It never recommends a medication or dose.

What MyLane won't do.

  • It won't tell you what to take.

    That's your provider's job.

  • It won't diagnose anything.

It shows patterns worth asking about.

  • It won't tell you it's all in your head.

Every check-in counts, and it's all there for your provider.

  • It won't make you start over.

Everything you've logged is safe and waiting.

Why MyLane exists

Built by Heidi Powell, for the woman doing everything “right.”

For decades Heidi helped people change their health, on national TV and in apps used by nearly 100,000 people. Then her own body started changing in her 40s, and the old formulas stopped working. Food, workouts, sleep, symptoms, and labs all mattered, and nothing connected them.

She didn't need more motivation. She needed one place where every part of the plan worked together. So she built it.

Four quick answers.

Do I need to be on hormones to use it?
No. Start with how you feel, Heidi's meals, and her workouts. If your provider starts you on something later, it fits right in.
Is this medical advice?
No. MyLane is a record you keep with your provider. It is not medical advice, and it never recommends a medication or a dose.
Which phones?
iPhone and Android. Your full record is on the web too, so labs and long histories are easy to read on a bigger screen.
Is my data private?
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health data for advertising. Lock the app with Face ID or your passcode. Privacy policy
