FAQ
Questions, answered
Is MyLane medical advice?
No. MyLane is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it never recommends a dose. It keeps a clear record of the protocol your provider prescribed — what you take, how you feel, and what your labs say — so the two of you have something real to work from.
Is my data private?
Your record belongs to you. How we handle data is spelled out in the privacy policy, which is the authoritative answer to this question. The app also supports Face ID lock.
What does it cost?
MyLane is $39 a month billed annually, or $49 month to month — one subscription in place of the notes app, the macro tracker, and the folder of lab PDFs. Joining the waitlist is free, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Which phones does it run on?
MyLane is coming to iOS and Android, with the full record also on the web — labs and long histories are easier to read on a bigger screen. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's available.
What is hAIdi?
hAIdi is the assistant built into MyLane. You can talk or type: log a dose, add a meal by describing it, ask what a lab marker has done, or get a summary. It works with your record — it doesn't give medical advice and never suggests what to take.
How do my labs get in?
Photograph or upload a lab report and MyLane extracts the markers for you. Each one is charted over time against its reference range, and anything outside the range is flagged as something worth bringing up with your provider.
