Everything in your lane

MyLane tracks the protocol your provider prescribed — it never tells you what to take. Here's what each part of the app does.

01

What you take

Every medication, peptide and supplement your provider has you on, logged in a tap.

Routines

Six things on six different schedules. One list.

Your medications, peptides and supplements on a schedule. Log a dose in one tap, set reminders, run on and off cycles, rotate injection sites on a body diagram, and follow a guided vial-mixing helper that does the math. Scan a prescription label and it fills itself in — and it watches each vial so you know when to reorder before you run out.

MyLane tracks what your provider prescribed. It never suggests a substance or a dose.

02

How you feel

Symptoms, measurements, meals and sleep — the daily texture your appointments never capture.

Today

The whole day, before you've thought about it.

Everything due now — doses, meals, check-ins — in one place, so the day runs itself instead of running you.

MyLane's Today screen greeting Dana R., with a week strip and a Routines card reading 0 of 7 done — an Evening walk step goal under Movement, then BPC-157, DHEA, Testosterone cream, Progesterone and Magnesium Glycinate under Protocol, each with dose and time, and a Power Promise beneath

Meals

The meal plan, the recipes, the macros — in the same lane as everything else.

Calorie and macro rings, a carb-cycling planner, a recipe library with cook mode, shopping lists grouped by aisle, barcode scanning, and photo food logging. Add a recipe from a photo, a link, or pasted text — and your daily calorie and macro totals arrive from Apple Health automatically.

MyLane's recipe library with search, a Favorites filter, meal-slot and carb-level chips like Breakfast, Low carb and High-carb grab & go, and an Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast Bowl card showing prep time, macros, calories and a 5-star rating

Insights

Six months of small notes, finally showing a pattern.

Patterns across your doses, symptoms, measurements and labs — the connections that are invisible when everything lives in separate apps. When it's time for an appointment, it makes a clean one-page summary for your doctor.

Clues to explore with your provider, never a diagnosis.

MyLane's Insights screen for Dana R. showing a Symptoms card reading eased lately, a Sleep card reading 6h 39m, weekly progress dots, a Wins card, a Lab trends card noting 14 markers tracked and 1 outside range, and top marker cards with sparklines

03

What your labs say

Photograph a report and every marker charts itself against its reference range over time.

Labs

Photograph the lab report. The charting is already done.

Photograph a lab report and it charts itself. Every marker is tracked over time against its reference range, out-of-range results are flagged, and it builds a doctor-ready summary for your next appointment.

Clues to explore with your provider, never a diagnosis.

MyLane's lab panel detail for a hormone + metabolic panel drawn Jan 31, 2026 at Quest Diagnostics, listing Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, TSH, Vitamin D and Ferritin with typical ranges, low flags, and the note 'These are outside the typical range. Worth bringing up with your provider.'

hAIdi

Ask your own record a question.

Talk to it like a person: log a dose, add a meal by describing it, ask what a marker has done since spring. It answers from your record — voice in, voice back.

MyLane's Messages list showing conversations started by just saying it — 'I took my BPC-157', 'I took my DHEA every day last week', 'add a commitment: stretch before bed' and 'add a new routine, Magnesium Glycinate'

Coach

Your coach, reading the same record you are.

For coaching-program members: scheduled check-ins and a direct thread with your coach, right next to your record.

Also included: Progress photos with pose guides, body measurements, symptom and cycle tracking, wins worth recording, and Face ID lock.

MyLane is a record-keeping tool. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat, and never recommends a dose. It's built to use with your provider.
