Meet Heidi Lane

Heidi Lane Powell is a New York Times bestselling author, entrepreneur, mom of four, IFBB Pro, and host of the Heidi's Lane Podcast, where she leads honest conversations around women's health, hormones, motherhood, and rebuilding through life's hardest transitions. She spent five seasons as co-host and lead transformation expert on ABC's Extreme Weight Loss, co-created the Transform fitness app used by nearly 100,000 people worldwide, co-founded a nutrition and supplement company, and today coaches thousands of women through her Show Up app and online fitness challenges.

What truly shaped her approach wasn't television. It was her own 15-year battle with an eating disorder, the recovery that followed, and the relationship she has had to rebuild with her body through every season of life — from earning her IFBB Pro card in competitive bodybuilding to relearning trust with food, exercise, and herself. That road taught her something she later saw again and again in the people she helped on national television:

Real transformation has very little to do with what we eat and how we move, and everything to do with how we learn to love ourselves, prioritize ourselves, and care for ourselves.

Then her own body began changing in her 40s — the exhaustion, unpredictable body changes, poor sleep, mood shifts, anxiety, and the feeling of doing everything “right” but no longer recognizing herself. It deepened her conviction that this season of life takes more than discipline: it takes wisdom, self-compassion, hormone awareness, and learning to work with the body instead of against it.

MyLane grew out of that understanding. For a woman working through midlife health with her provider, the details pile up fast — what she's taking, how she's feeling, what her labs say — and they usually end up scattered across a notes app, a pill organizer, and a folder of PDFs. MyLane puts the whole record in one place, so the connections are visible and her provider gets something real to work with.

It's not a coaching program, and it's not medical advice. It's the record-keeping tool for women who are doing the work and want to see it clearly.

Heidi's mission is to provide women the roadmap for every phase of life, helping them become the most prepared person in the room — with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

MyLane is a record-keeping tool. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat, and never recommends a dose. It's built to use with your provider.
